1st Line Support - Dartford - £30,000We're currently partnered with an IT services company, who are looking for a number of 1st Line Support Engineers to join the team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems pertaining to hardware, software, and networking.
- Offer assistance for client's mobile devices, desktops, laptops, printers, and other technological devices.
- Record technical glitches and their solutions in a clear and succinct manner.
- Elevate intricate issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Requirements:
- One or more years of practical experience in technical support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 36
- Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts and familiarity with network infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong orientation towards customer service.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
