As a Buyers Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the product development process and supplier management to ensure the successful launch of our innovative footwear collections.

Responsibilities:

Product Development and Supplier Collaboration:

• Collaborate with suppliers to detail product specifications and development requirements.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure products meet Naked Wolfe's quality and style standards.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and suppliers to streamline the product development process.

Supplier Negotiations and Terms:

• Negotiate and finalize supplier terms, pricing, exfactory delivery dates, payment terms, and shipping methods.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve supplier relationships and optimize procurement processes.

Size Run Management:

• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange size runs for potential orders, ensuring accurate sizing for our customer base.
• Analyze size run feedback to make datadriven decisions for product assortments.

Gross Profit Analysis:

• Calculate retail and wholesale gross profit based on supplier cost prices.
• Collaborate with finance and planning teams to ensure margin targets are met.

Sample Monitoring:

• Proactively monitor and chase supplier samples to ensure timely availability for product reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate with the design and quality control teams to address any samplerelated issues.

Product Photography:

• Oversee and chase the product photography process, ensuring all products are professionally photographed for marketing and ecommerce use.

New Product Launch Planning:

• Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to plan new product launch dates and promotional activities.
• Ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy and seasonal campaigns.

Supplier Critical Path and Delivery Monitoring:

• Run and manage the supplier critical path to track the progress of product development and production timelines.
• Monitor and address any supplier late deliveries to minimize production delays.

Wholesale Linesheet Management:

• Work with Wholesale team to maintain and manage wholesale linesheets, ensuring accuracy and uptodate product information for wholesale buyers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Buyers Assistant in the fashion or footwear industry.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to calculate gross profit and monitor critical paths.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for product quality and design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and ecommerce.
• Familiarity with fashion trends and a passion for innovative footwear designs.

£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
