An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Customer Services Advisor post for the Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) working within the Customer Services function, Time2Talk.
An integral key component of our vision is that peoples experience continuously informs and helps improve the safety and the quality of the services we commission.
You must be adapting at engaging those people within our communities that experience the worst health outcomes, contributing to the ICB vision of eliminating health inequalities in our local population and improving patient outcomes.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be engaging members of the public, patients, partners, and wider stakeholders in the transformation of health services locally.
We are looking for a confident, outgoing, engaging professional who puts the patient, their carer, their advocate, and the wider public at the heart of what we do.
