Part Home working.
£45,000 - £60,000 base + Car Allowance + Commission plan to Double your basic as OTE (uncapped)
Established full service IT Managed Services Company requires experienced Senior IT Sales Account Manager to join a tight knit and highly successful team of IT Sales Account Managers selling an extensive portfolio of modern IT products and services, UK andnow Europe wide.
This role is to concentrate on Enterprise sales bids and come with full Telesales and marketing support for lead generation.
This fast-growing customer service obsessed IT tech and services company requires multiple new salespeople to do hybrid roles managing existing accounts and driving new business growth - selling a full range of modern IT equipment, projects, licensing, andcloud based managed services.
In this role you will:
Researching potential enterprise customers to shape and build new business
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients
Expand the relationships with existing clients by providing specialist technology insight that will help your clients buy the right technology that solves their business challenges
Serve as one of the lead points of contact for client account management matters
Serve as one of the key links of communication between key clients and internal tech teams
Resolve issues and problems faced by clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Maintain proactive outbound contact with every client
Negotiate contracts and close agreements and project sales to maximise profits and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team, cross-functional teams, and external partners
Working towards your targets through developing market understanding, building relationships and networking
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven track record selling a range of IT products and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong IT Literacy: Good use of internet, office, any CRMs (Salesforce or similar).
Drive, ambition, confidence dealing with people on the phone and in person is essential and you will need to demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
To suit enthusiastic and highly organised and motivated self-starter, who is always looking to learn about new and emerging technology Future strategy includes AI Block chain tech offerings for example.
Having the ability to build solid relationships internally and with potential new clients at an enterprise or corporate level is essential at the higher end of the salary band.
