Team Leader
Requirements:
An NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Proven 2-3 years of experience working within children's residential settings.
A passion for making a difference, a nurturing spirit, and the resilience to remain calm and collected in challenging situations.
A regular working pattern based on a 2-week rolling rota, offering you the work-life balance you deserve.

£26,500.00-£36,000.00 per year
