This is a great time to join the Ferns Group. We are an established Utilities and Reinstatement company, specialising in Telecoms Civils, and tailored reinstatement services. We are continuing to expand our expertise in new regions.


We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team working with our Gas sector team near Sevenoaks, Kent.


Job Role
You will be providing daily administrative support to our operations team.

It's a varied and challenging role and will provide you with the opportunity to progress your administrative career or join the operational side of the business.


Responsibilities include:

  • General administration of works information
  • Providing KPI reports
  • Closing out work on works management system
  • Reviewing invoices and managing purchase orders
  • Administrative support for Project Manager

Key Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and positive
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Accurate and timely provision of information
  • Understanding of Microsoft office packages
  • Committed and enthusiastic

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 07:00hrs to 16:00hrs

You will need access to your own transport required due to our location
