The Opportunity

A role of extraordinary scope and opportunity, reporting to the board, responsible for setting up and leading a newly created, well-funded Technical Support function from scratch.


You

The role calls for an experienced, Technical Support professional, ideally with some fire and/or security sector experience, with a strong technical understanding and background in the specification, installation, commissioning and service of electrical/electronicproducts and systems.

A key member of the senior team, you will excel at introducing customer focused systems, processes and practices and leading a team that delivers best in class technical help and support.

A well established and highly profitable market leader in the design and manufacture of integrated Fire and Security products and systems for a large, rapidly growing customer base.

Following significant investment in developing a new market leading technology and product range, they are looking to appoint a high calibre, hands on, technical support professional to deliver a best in class, technical support function, dedicated to thesenew products and systems from scratch.
