Are you an administrator looking for a change in career? I am seeking someone that is organised, has fantastic attention to detail and is able to work to deadlines to join my clients modern offices in the heart of Woking. As a Payroll administratoryou will be responsible for all administrative duties within the department.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the payroll and pensions teams with all administration duties.
  • Work to deadlines and prioritise workloads.
  • Work closely with outsourced provider to ensure a prompt and efficient payroll service
  • Checking for any new starters and leavers, running reports, processing p45's
  • Ensuring responsive service times and offer guidance to internal customers and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance.
  • Support with the completion and submission of all annual returns
  • Assist Finance in any monthly payroll reconciliations.

You will need

  • A minimum of 12month administration experience.
  • Its Essential you have an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment with accuracy in data.
  • Knowledge of pensions is preferred but not essential
  • A background in first line support with payroll queries would be helpful but not essential
  • Strong Excel Skills are a must as is the ability to work well under pressure, and comfortable in a very flexible, fast paced working environment.
  • You must have a proactive approach and able to work under own initiative
  • Be happy to work to reach targets and deadlines.
  • A positive outlook with a great cando attitude and be willing to gain new skills.
