We have an exciting opportunity for a Therapist to join our friendly team located within a top-quality corporate facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate and develop your skills, whilst working within a friendly environment, delivering a wide range of treatments to our Client's team.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering luxury and high quality service; who has an interest in treatments and wellbeing.

The Role:

Contract
Permanent, Parttime
Hours 16 hours per week
Salary £12 per hour
Schedule 2 days per week, either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (Day shifts)

NW1 7FB, Greater london house, Hampstead Rd

Reports to

Head Therapist and Fitness & Wellbeing Manager

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional treatments to the highest standards
Deliver seasonal promotions and offers within the site to promote sales.
Maximise treatment and product sales motivating yourself and fellow therapists to achieve targets
Attending to client needs and wishes at every opportunity
Assist with stock control and orders as and when required
Take on operational and reception duties as and when required
Play a critical role in helping clients achieve their wellbeing goals
Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to clients
Developing relationships with new and existing clients
Uphold presentation and cleanliness of the facility
Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends within the industry
Ensure facility health & safety, and client wellbeing
Increase internal social media presence, with regular online postings.
Actively seek and obtain client feedback to help grow the facility.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

2 years experience within the beauty industry
Beauty therapist qualification (NVQ L3 or equivalent)
Excellent customer service and personnel skills
Warm and attentive nature
Organised and timeefficient
Dedicated and motivated to be a master of your craft
Great attention to detail
The ability to deliver an exceptional spa experience, going beyond the client's expectations
