08:00 - 12:00pm - Part-time Role. 20 hours per week.
The role is site based due to our customers and contractual requirements.
Key TasksBuilding Maintenance

Assist Team with Planned and Reactive Maintenance Activities
Complete Scheduled Site Inspections
Technology Services
ServiceNow Ticket queue (Hardware/Extension Requests)
Inventory Management
Initial Fault Finding/Rectification / Escalation to MS IT

Equipment setup

Desk phone, Softphone, Headset, Laptops, Printers
Complete Scheduled Inspections (FM Apps)
Move Services
Business moves / changes
Planning, Coordination and Logistics
Nonstandard desk setup moves
BU driven (3rd monitors/speakerbus)
General porterage of furniture, crates, pedestals etc.
Basic furniture fitting, install, modifications and decommissioning
Escort Sub Contractor Visits in line with CBRE A-Z Rules
Ensure all reports/paperwork is completed correctly and returned
