Job Summary:


The Sales Administrator will be responsible for data collection and reporting, working closely with the Sales team to provide support and analysis to the business.


Requirements:


Key Deliverables:


Working with the Sales Team

  • Support the Sales team with provisions administration and processing.
  • Gathering Data and updating weekly sell through reports.
  • Data collection and updating ad hoc reports.
  • Monthly update of Box and Digital sales by product.
  • Develop professional relationships with distribution partners sales, and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to help deliver best results.
  • Audit of Trade listings and activities and adjusting if necessary.
  • Develop backoffice skills manging stock, back orders, and deliveries. Organising requirements for samples and preorder item; and allocation by working with logistics and project leads.
  • Processing new contracts through internal systems and working with legal teams.
  • Entering stock orders using internal systems and collaborating with Operations teams.
  • Contribution to delivering revenue and profit target
  • Delivering to personal KPI's

Key Stakeholders:

EU Sales Director, Export Marketing Director, and Senior Sales Manager very closely, Operations team, Accounts receivable, Legal.


Knowledge & Experience:


Essential:


  • Experience working in the entertainment industry is a plus
  • Experience working in export or international markets being a plus
  • Knowledge of videogames industry
  • A proven track record of delivery and results

Desirable:


  • Second European language
  • Passion for video games
