Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operator to join our team
Within this role you will be responsible for the set up and operation of a range of our machinery. You will ensure material is manufactured within our specified tolerances and quality documentation is completed.
Working safely and productively you will contribute to the continuous improvement objectives of the area as well as maintaining the established standards.
Working our night shift, you will need to possess a good work ethic, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude and be positive, flexible, and eager to learn new skills.
Requirements and skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good understanding of how production equipment works
- Ability to detect potential problems with machinery
- Ability to work in line with basic health and safety guidelines
- Good communication, ability to follow instructions
- Teamwork skills
- Hold a valid forklift License
- Previous experience as a production worker or experience of working in a similar environment
Salary:
From £11.55 per hour
