Description
We are looking for a Sales Administrator t to join our team in Dudley.


This is an exciting and varied part - time role working hours per week for a successful manufacturing company - you will be reporting to the Finance Manager.


Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Invoicing
  • Maintaining MRP System
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Preparing internal reports on Excel.
  • Credit Control
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Assisting finance manager with month end duties
  • Liaise with customer and suppliers to resolve queries/requests.
  • General office duties
  • Knowledge of Sage, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Personal Qualities

  • Confident and friendly
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience in a similar role (minimum 2 3years)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Can do attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
