We are looking for a Sales Administrator t to join our team in Dudley.
This is an exciting and varied part - time role working hours per week for a successful manufacturing company - you will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Invoicing
- Maintaining MRP System
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Preparing internal reports on Excel.
- Credit Control
- Statement reconciliation
- Assisting finance manager with month end duties
- Liaise with customer and suppliers to resolve queries/requests.
- General office duties
- Knowledge of Sage, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Personal Qualities
- Confident and friendly
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Experience in a similar role (minimum 2 3years)
- Good telephone manner
- Can do attitude
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
