We require an experienced HR professional to fill the following temporary role for a period of approximately 12 months:

HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR (Maternity Cover)

Support the HR Manager and management team with employee relations and welfare issues.
Assist in devising and delivering a training and development strategy throughout the business.
Manage the leaver process ensuring appropriate paperwork and arrangements are in place.
Advise employees and managers on terms & conditions and HR issues.
Contribute to the development and revision of new policies and procedures
Maintain adequate HR records & contribute to monthly reports as required

We are looking for a HR professional with a pro-active and flexible approach to work, who can work under pressure, can identify and resolve issues and has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
