We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented person to join our team, is this you??What you'll be doing
As the Heating Services Coordinator you will be part of a busy team and have responsibility for day to day scheduling of resource on our electronic planning system, DRS, for both Servicing and Repairs for our Heating Operatives across various regions.
You will be an expert in your area whilst having transferrable working knowledge to other areas to create flexibility and maintain a high level of service at all times.
You'll work jointly with other Coordinators within the Heating Services Team, Operational Supervisors and customers across the business to ensure all operational resources are used in the most efficient way to maximise productivity and ensure the organisation retain high level of heating compliance.
About you
You'll have a positive approach, alongside being dynamic and enthusiastic. Having previous experience in planning/diary management will be a great advantage. You'll be confident working collaboratively as part of a team, whilst also happy to work on your own initiative.
You'll have experience in prioritising workloads, supporting large teams and will remain calm in a pressurised environment.
Being customer focussed, professional and with the ability to listen and communicate clearly will be some of your key strengths.

The role is available for 15 hours working Thursday and Friday each week, 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.
