**Care Home Manager - small care home
Northwich, Cheshire
up to £45,000 (negotiable for highly experienced managers)

To be successful within this post the right applicant must display effective leadership, motivation and communication skills have the qualifications and know the fundamentals for person centred care and take on the reigns.

Essential criteria:
*Registered Managers Award (NVQ Level 4/ Level 5/ LMA or equivalent)
*Previous Experience as a Residential Home Manager/ Care Manager/ CQC Registered Manager/ Deputy Manager
*Full knowledge of the roles and responsibilities required to manage a Care Home.
*Up to date knowledge on all legislation with governing bodies.

A small successful care home for elderly residents compliant with the CQC and very reputable locally a fantastic service for a Registered Manager to inherit.
