Description

We are looking for an experienced animal technician to join our friendly, hardworking team to be actively involved in the daily care and maintenance of animals within our Germ Free biofacility situated in Cambridge.

The job duties will involve general Isolator and Isocage husbandry, looking after welfare requirements, record keeping, checking and recording environmental parameters, health monitoring, general hygiene and cleaning.

Additionally, you will have responsibility for colony management and completion of procedures, including Home Office Licensed procedures.

The University has a responsibility to ensure that all employees are eligible to live and work in the UK.
