About the role:
It is an exciting time to join the Change team here at AXA, with significant ongoing investment planned to transform the UK&I business, including digitisation and automation of our customer experience.
We are therefore looking for a Head of Agile, reporting to the UK&I Director of Change.
The Head of Agile is accountable for the development and implementation of consistent Agile standards, methods and tools and culture/mind set across Change in UK&I.
At AXA we work smart, to support the needs of our business this role is office based meaning you'll work 100% of your week, typically from the same office location.
We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What You'll be doing:
- Development and implementation of consistent Agile standards, methods and tools including playbook and assessment framework
- Ensure articulation of future end state and assess current state to develop and support implementation of roadmaps per Business and Function, including development of effective culture/mind set
- Provide Coaching/Subject Matter Expert to support ongoing implementation of Agile programmes both personally and via establishing Coaching capability in their team
- Ensure required organisational infrastructure is designed and implemented including financial processes and capability development
- Support the creation and running of a Scrum Master Guild/community of practice
- Accountable for developing and implementing ways to measure the impact of Agile methods on programme delivery
- Ensure Change Technology has required functionality for Agile

- Proven successful delivery of significant and complex programmes and portfolios
- Experience of crossfunctional working and matrix management
- Very results orientated delivery before/on time and to highest quality
- Able to think conceptually and strategically
