Salt have partnered with a British Luxury Beauty Brand as they look for a Global Social Content Creator. This will be a 12 month contract, starting in September. With offices based in West London, you will be required to go in 3 days per week.
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the role of the Social Content Creator is an integral part of the clients digital-first strategy; a crucial link between the Social/Influencer and Education teams; an expert on campaign shoots, a go-to for influencers, and ensures social content is created in-line with the clients Education-led professional standards.
You will be generating best-in-class content that will sit on multiple platforms and aptly represent the cutting-edge innovation and much-loved brand personality.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Inhouse Content Creator for social med media channels
- Onset Content Creator
- Editing content from BTS at shoots
- Creating and editing content for reactive trends
- Developing and maintaining social strategies
- Shoot production
- Curating team of Global Content Creators, briefing them to create content
- To deliver and oversee local market social and digital content creation training to help improve the volume and quality of content created on a local level
- Administrative tasks including raising POs
CONTENT CREATION
- Inhouse content creator for the brand creating both UGC & owned content inorder to educate the consumer, generate brand awareness and endeavouring to achieve owned & earned targets across all KPIs
- Editing content for the social media team
- To create 1x piece of content for each launch
- To create a further 2x pieces of content each month
- To develop programmes & seminars for the target audience on how to create the perfect client quality social content
- Alongside the Social Media Content Exec, to lead social media shoots from concept, to casting, on set and leading post production signoff
- To be the onset Content Creator at campaign shoots, global events etc.
- Nurturing relationships with the Professional Content Creators, treating them as an extension of the influencer ambassador teams and ensuring they maintain brand love and loyalty
- Reviewing and approving social assets created by professional ambassadors and influencers
- Reporting on professional creators in monthly management meetings
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Curating the content for, and copywriting captions for social media channels
- Pulling reports on social media content to inform future shoots and assets
- Creating best practice guidelines for internal professional content creators
- Alongside Director or Comms and Senior Social Media Manager, setting KPIs for internal professional content creators
- To develop & create quarterly inspirational social trend guides for brand employees, contracted freelance stylists & content creators
