Finance Systems Administrator

12-month fixed term contract

Hours: 37 p/week - Monday - Friday.

Location:
Support Centre, Stoneclough Rd, M26 1GG. Hybrid (min 3 days in the office)

Salary:
from £27,000 DOE

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our finance team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of Finance Shared Service Centre systems.

As a Systems Administrator, your role will include:

Day to day maintenance of finance systems in line with agreed procedures to enable optimal use of system by business users
Maintaining a log of system performance issues for review and follow up with third party support or internal departments
Build and develop relationships with key system users and system owners
Analysing data to ensure the system is correct
Providing technical support to system users.

As a Systems Administrator, you will need:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VBA & complex formulas.
Basic understanding of IT department support routines and procedures
Strong analytical skills with a logical and methodical approach to issues
Good communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
High level of attention to detail
