Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a team of Contract Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8ZB.


Job Summary
Supporting with the delivery of effective account management and administration, ensuring contracts are managed in line with agreed KPIs.


Salary & Working Hours
- £24,000 per annum

  • 5 / 7 days per week

The working hours available are as follows:

  • 7am
  • 3pm
  • 6am 2pm
  • 12noon 8pm
  • 11am 7pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Contract retention through high standards of service and customer service.
  • Management of T&A system, ensuring all records are accurate and maintained
  • Driving and enforcing the use of the clockingin system
  • Building and maintaining positive sitelevel client relationships
  • Supporting cleaners relating to their role (clocking in details, cleaning spec. etc.)
  • Organising sickness and holiday cover by utilizing existing workforce where possible
  • Shift allocation including monitoring holiday entitlement/absence reporting etc.
  • Ensuring health & safety legislation is followed at all times.
  • Escalate any concerns to Contract Manager, as necessary.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from Operations Director/Office Manager
  • Completing remote stock checks and follow agreed process for ordering, inline with budgets.
  • Completion of monthly RAG calls
  • Reporting and documenting of defects and repairs
  • Creating POs and completing relevant spreadsheet
  • Packing and posting of postal items
  • Support with the delivery of new site mobilisation tasks, including (but not limited to): consultations, recruitment, stock orders, T&A set up, uniforms and site packs etc.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
  • A proactive approach and an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organised
  • Selfmotivated, confident and an engaging manner with a 'can do' flexible attitude
  • Client focused
  • Team player and able to motivate others
  • Ability to prioritise and produce accurate work meeting deadlines under pressure
