Man Group Technology Apprentice, TechSupport

Purpose of the role

Working within Man Group's End User Technology team, this role will be based within our TechSupport team, who act as the first point of contact for staff that are experiencing technology related issues, have queries, or just need general support using the technology services and hardware they are provided.

It is an exciting and fast paced environment, where there is always a new challenge every day and the knowledge progression is significant.

It is a critical role that underpins the business ensuring they can continue to work effectively.

Specific responsibilities- Resolving technical queries, troubleshooting, escalating to specialists where appropriate- Manage relationships with our users- Working with a wide range of technologies (both hardware and software)- Champion and promote Service Improvement on an on-going basis to continually improve quality and user satisfaction- Work with TechSupport colleagues and local support teams to develop and improve the service

Requirement- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and have a desire to help people.- Ability to work well with others within a team.- Keen interest and aptitude in technology.- You will demonstrate a very good telephone/customer facing manner.
