As the business becomes increasingly data-driven, our client is on the search for someone who can translate these consumer insights to the wider team, and in turn produce effective communication strategies.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer,you will mentor the communications team and produce engaging content and impactful campaigns whilst tracking and measuring the success.

You will be involved from start to finish, from planning to implementing, making sure the brand and tone of voice is beingconsidered throughout.

Role and Responsibilities of the Communications Manager:

  • Will report directly to the CMO
  • Will be a mentor to their team, setting SMART objectives, communicating the marketing plan, as well as setting the strategic direction.
  • Will be very hands on great communication and collaboration skills
  • Communicate to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be efficient and accurate
  • Planning and strategy is really important in this role
  • Flexible Hybrid working

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years minimum experience in marketing at management level
  • Knows the ins and outs of communications strategy
  • Content creation and campaigning experience
  • Able to lead from the front, but also get stuck in
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Thrives under pressure
