Description

We are currently looking for a Dental Receptionists/Administrator to provide excellent front desk functions for our Dental reception at Smile Orchard Dental Practice in Frenchay.

You will be an ambassador for the service, delivering high quality customer service to patients of the practices, greeting patients in person at the reception, booking and rescheduling dental appointments, dealing with telephone enquiries efficiently, patient coordination and treatment plan management.

The post holder will need to be able to work in a very busy environment whilst remaining calm and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

The ability to work independently, proactively and under pressure is important. A positive attitude and a welcoming disposition towards our patients and visitors are essential.


Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients enthusiastically
• Cashing up and taking payments
• Explaining treatment plans
• Signing patients up to the Smile Orchard Care Plan
• Rescheduling and arranging appointments
