This position can be remote up to 60% of the weekly working time.

We are seeking a
Student Enquiry Officer to join our friendly and dynamic Lead Qualification Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company.

This role is part of our Lead Qualification team. Advisors are responsible for engaging with and nurturing new student leads generated via our digital marketing channels.
Your Role
When contacting potential students, you will take a positive but professional approach, and will be able to respond knowledgeably to initial queries, as well as being able to engage confidently on our school's unique selling points.
You will ensure that all leads are contacted in a proactive and timely manner, according to defined KPIs and that all enquiries are contacted in a professional and in a premium manner, respecting the brand standards.
In addition, you will be able to identify unsuitable leads, recording any relevant information accurately in our CRM system, Salesforce.
You will play an important part in our global recruitment network, and communicate effectively with different global teams, including digital lead generation team, marketing team, field recruitment team and campus teams.
About You
This role is a perfect first step into our Enrolment and Marketing team; ideal for a graduate with 1- or 2-years' experience in sales or customer service in a premium or luxury sector, especially hospitality or culinary arts.
This is a great opportunity to develop a career in the international education sector in a high-end B2C services environment, however, we will also consider applicants who have experience in different sectors, though you will need to show a strong track record of relatable experience successfully engaging with premium customers with a consultative sales approach.
Fluent in English and an additional major regional language relevant to Asia Pacific market priorities for example: Mandarin, Thai or Vietnamese You will be an excellent communicator, i.e., with great listening skills, an ability to clearly articulate ideas, with a talent for advising and influencing.
