    Job Responsibilities

    • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual's care plan
    • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
    • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
    • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
    • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
    • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment

    Bank Support Worker at Mill River Lodge


    Salary: £13.10 per hour

    Hours: Bank - Zero hours

    Shift Times: As/when needed in service – 12 hr shifts (07:45‑20:15 or 20:00‑08:00)

    Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Support Worker who is ready to make a positive impact at Mill River Lodge, situated in the picturesque West Sussex town of Horsham. The superb purpose built care home provides 70 spacious en‑suite bedrooms for elderly service users with conditions such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's or other clinical diagnoses.
