    The Role

    As a Sales Administrator, you will help drive our entire end-to-end sales process, supporting every stage from quotation through to order completion.

    Specifically, you'll focus on the rapid turnaround of quotes for our standard product range, following them up and converting them into orders.

    Maintaining clear communication between customers, the sales team, and internal departments, you will track your quotes and process converted orders quickly and accurately.

    Additionally, you will:

    • Handle inbound customer enquiries

    • Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and sales campaigns

    • Utilise our CRM and ERP systems to enter and track information

    • Forge relationships with clients

    • Manage issues and escalate to the appropriate person when required

    About You

    To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Co-ordinator, or in a similar administrative role

    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems

    • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
