Yolk recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit are working with an organisation that is committed to embracing cloud technologies and creating an IT department of the future.

If you are you an experienced leader with a track record of managing successful delivery teams and are looking for an exciting new opportunity to shape and grow a delivery function, then we have the perfect role for you

We are seeking a talented and motivated Head of Delivery Management.

You will be responsible for leading a team of delivery managers, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest qualitystandards.


This role will be carried out in-line with the organisations Hybrid working arrangements where staff will be expected to spend around 1 day per week at the Newport office.


What you will be doing as Head of Digital Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of delivery managers, providing direction, guidance, and support as required.
  • Drive the delivery of projects through the team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Define and implement best practices and methodologies to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.

What you will need as Head of Digital Management:

  • Proven experience leading and managing delivery teams, ideally in a software development environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex projects through to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
