This is a new role providing a high-quality floating support service to residents moving into semi-independent accommodation in the local community.

Salary:
£26,121 per annum.


Location:
Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield. You will need your own vehicle to travel to, or between, our locations.


In this fulfilling role, you'll be part of a team providing personal support and enablement to residents with a variety of support needs.


You will need to be flexible within your shift work and confident working with clients which can at times show challenging behaviours due to difficulties within their lives.

You must be able to remain calm and professional at all times.

A good understanding of the benefits system and supported housing structure is imperative.


You should be able to work alone and as part of team, providing your colleagues with a full and constructive report at the end of all shifts.


A Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
