Store Supervisor Glasgow part-time 20 hours:
We are looking for a brilliant part-time (20 hours) Store Supervisor for our Store in Glasgow who carries out the following activities:

as part of the sales teams, he/she provides a personalised customer experience by selecting a range of products, gives advice on styling and offers appropriate additional items;

- he/she is involved in merchandising;
- he/she maintains the day-to-day standards in visual displays;
- he/she managing the stock levels;
- he/she helps processing deliveries.

Moreover, under the directions of the Store Manager, he/she is responsible for:

motivating the team;

- managing the opening and closing of the store;
- managing of cash transactions;
- maximise performance and reach expected targets/KPIs;
- ensuring that customers receive a top quality service and shopping experience to create a loyal customer base.

The store supervisor is also a Key Holder: he/she is responsible for opening and closing a store. His/her duties also include handling operational procedures, assisting cashiers, providing customer service, supervising cleaning staff, setting alarms, and keeping the entry area clean and organized.
