Performance Manager - London


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Performance Manager to join our client's team, an established and successful Agency based in London.

This is an exciting and challenging role, with great opportunities for career progression.


The main purpose of the role will be to maximise the performance of the Agency, by developing and implementing performance management strategies.

You will be responsible for setting objectives and targets, as well as tracking and analysing the performanceof the Agency.

You will also be expected to use data and analytics to inform decision-making, and develop strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management strategies
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Track and analyse the performance
  • Use data and analytics to inform decision making
  • Develop strategies to increase profitability and efficiency

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of performance management principles
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience within Performance Advertising
  • Ability to interpret complex data and identify areas of improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of the Agency industry
