We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Provide support during peak periods or special events
Skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively sell products or services
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,033.83 per year
