We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Provide support during peak periods or special events

Skills:


  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
  • Ability to effectively sell products or services
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,033.83 per year
