Description
We are now looking to further recruit colleagues to join our skilled Sales Team to support our airport operation based at Heathrow Airport.

We offer competitive rates of pay (based on experience).Responsibilities
- Create solutions for passengers that have missed their flight
- Booking all travel products including but not limited to; flights, excess baggage, refunds, upgrades, ground transportation and visa's.
- Provide high levels of customer service at all times and contribute positively to the passenger experience.
- Meeting company targets
- Dealing with customers face to face at Heathrow Terminal desks.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism sector preferred.
- Knowledge of Troya, Quickres, Amadeus or other major GDS reservation system and/or previous Airline ticketing experience
- Geographical knowledge
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Languages good spoken English. Turkish is beneficial but not essential)
