Studio Manager
**London

  • Hybrid working**
    3 month Contract

Outside IR35- £300-350pd


A talented Studio Manager is required by a brilliant agency client, who have a portfolio of amazing brands in the Direct to Consumer space.

The Studio Manager will be the crucial core to this agency studio and will be responsible for studio projects fromconception to delivery.

As Studio Manager you will be an expert managing time, as well as resource and be the key conduit for the cross functional studio teams.

You will have great foresight and forward planning capabilities as well as a strong Studio Managerbackground to tackle the here and now.

The key responsibilities for this Studio Manager role include:

  • Managing and allocating incoming briefs from teams across the agency
  • Be the main point of contact for those teams
  • Define project scopes and manage stakeholder expectations against the scope
  • Keep projects on track, issuing status updates and status reports
  • Define ways of working and processes
  • Use data from previous campaigns to support the expanding studio capacity
  • Manage the daily workflow of the design studio specifically
  • Ensure all work is delivered on schedule and is appropriately resourced
  • Managed the approvals process
  • Run any timesheet reports
To be successful in this Studio Manager role you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Used to fast paced agency environments
  • 5+ years of Studio Management experience
  • Used to being the main point of contacts for stakeholders
  • Detail orientated
  • Takes your own initiative and is delivery focused
  • Has outstanding communication skills
  • Has a flexible attitude and is solutions focused
