Description

We are recruiting for a permanent Property Specialist - Format to analyse store space performance and customer and colleague feedback to inform the design of store layouts whilst ensuring they meet downstream system requirements, optimise store space allocation, provide logical customer flows product group adjacencies

You'll be responsible for things like this in the role;
Ensure the Format space and layout approach and business strategy is executed to plan whilst incorporating insight and feedback from both customers and colleagues

Keep the customer at the heart of every decision made by ensuring changes are made to benefit customers and sales and that customer disruption is kept to a minimum

Attend customer and colleague listening groups to ensure feedback is built into space and layout.

Manage and collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders to ensure timelines and best possible execution are achieved

Present space and layouts at weekly drawing reviews with key stakeholders and act proactively to develop and improve proposals.

Undertake multiple updates every week across a number of different stores - each requiring fast communication with stakeholders to minimise cost of change

Manage the maintenance of intelligent store drawings that provide critical information to downstream systems such as Planogram and range distribution, SEL sequencing and sales reporting to optimise store efficiency.

Analyse sales and space in order to provide stores with the correct amount of space they require to maximise sales and profit
