Recruitment Consultant, Poole, £25,000 + Quarterly Bonuses

The
purpose of this role:


With a
first-class induction and training plan from day one, this is a steppingstone for someone who wants to
develop into a
Recruitment Consultant or alternatively into different positions within the company.

Rubicon's Marketing Manager started as a Recruitment Coordinator 6 years ago.

As
Recruitment Consultant your
responsibilities will include:



  • Creating compelling
    adverts for manufacturing/industrial vacancies
  • Keeping our CRM database up to date

Ideally, you'll have the following
background/experience:


  • Strong
    administration skills, able to produce efficient and accurate work
  • A professional telephone manner with
    previous customer service experience:
  • Experience using CRM databases or equivalent systems, with good
    IT skills:
  • Ideally
    degree educated, or hold an equivalent qualification
  • A full Drivers Licence
As a Rubicon
Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive,
from Day 1:

  • 33 days holiday (+1
    extra day on your birthday)

Early finish Fridays every week at 3pm

£500 per annum towards any course or qualification (if it benefits you at work, we'll pay for the whole thing)

  • Financial support of
    £1,000 towards moving home, rented accommodation or your own property
  • Remortgaging
    financial support with professional fees
