A bit about the role...

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will lead a team of Metering Representative and an Assistant Field Manager to deliver contractual service levels, within the constraints of contract prices and budgets.

You will play a key role in managing the day to day operations by liaising with other business functions regarding work issues; ensuring work allocation reflects manpower availability and productive potential within the team.

This will also include managingbudgets and staffing levels in line with workload fluctuations to ensure profitability and delivering SLA's in line with client agreements.

Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager you'll ensure Health & safety requirements are understood & procedures are adhered to.

You'll monitor your teams' performance to coach & develop individuals, setting individual and team targets to drive performanceand managing remediation actions required in line with company policy.

You will be responsible for driving team engagement and communication of your team through 1:1s, field audits and team briefings
