Temporary 18 Month Contract
My client is a global corporate manufacturing organisation based in the Dundee area. They have an immediate requirement for a Data Management Graduate to support them with a specific project, estimated to last 18 months possibly longer


Responsibilities include

  • Support an extensive data cleansing exercise in anticipation of a significant systems upgrade
  • Input technical and financial data and documentation into the database
  • Support data quality checks at various points of the database to ensure accuracy
  • Engage with various internal teams to collect required data
  • Update key internal stakeholders on data management project including meeting set milestones and deadlines
  • Support with developing better processes and procedures to improve internal data management processes

Experience required

  • Interested in gaining more experience of data management and document control within a prestigious global manufacturing organisation
  • High attention to detail when dealing with large quantities of data
  • Ability to research, analyse and deliver information confidently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including virtually
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Other system experience would be an advantage such as CRM/databases/ERP systems although systems training will be provided.
