TechMan work with some of the biggest names in automotive in the UK, RAC, Cazoo, The AA, Bridgestone Europe and Euro Car Parts.
TechMan is a SaaS product that has been running since 2016 aimed at the independent aftermarket that helps workshops manage their business in more efficient way.
Main Aim
To offer support to the sales and training department to ensure the customer experience is efficient and high quality, resulting in excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers
- Book training for new customers in the diary
- Work closely with development and support departments to create new systems and manage a project from end to end in preparation for trainers
- Contact existing bookings in the diary to confirm appointments and attendance
Experience:
Previous experience of working in a sales environment would be advantageous, however training will be provided for the right individual.
An ability to work to a high standard and to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.
Working as part of a team, you will have the ability to engage with other departments of the business to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our customers.
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
