Description

Reporting directly to the Deputy Clinical Director of Quality & Safety along with the QIPSTL is responsible for identifying & supporting implementation service improvement initiatives and opportunities & leading on embedding agreed change programmes and service redesign within their own area of responsibility.

The post holder will provide expert redesign and change management consultancy to the localities to improve their ability to solve patient safety and operational issues

The QIPSTL will have a working knowledge of CQUIN, quality performance metrics, NHSLA and CQC requirements, QIPP, cost improvement agendas, change management and service improvement techniques.
