**Senior Rust Engineer | Blockchain - Interoperability scale-up
Up to $250k + Equity | Full Remote**We are tackling the issue of interchain vulnerabilities head-on.

And, following a circa $20mn seed round, are now looking to hire a Senior Rust Engineer that can help turbocharge our product roadmap.


The right Senior Rust Engineer will understand that effective cross-blockchain communication is a problem that increasing needs to be solved, especially as the web3 ecosystem becomes increasing sophisticated and must protect against vulnerabilities leadingto financial losses.


We are a seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with around two years' professional Rust coding experience, as well as professional engineering experience with other languages (particularly with C++, GoLang, Python, Java, C).


Key role details:


  • Salary of up to $250k + equity purchasing
  • Full remote working (UK, Europe, US)
  • Professional experience using Rust
  • Professional experience in C++, Golang, or similar

Key attributes:


  • We are looking for a Senior Rust Engineer with a strong sense of initiative and project ownership.
  • You will be engaged with the crypto and blockchain ecosystems and will be charged with designing and implementing token incentives, offchain validators, and ultimately streamlining the process for thirdparty involvement.
  • Also, designing, implementing and optimizing the offchain validator and relayer agents that secure interchain messaging protocol
