Description
We are a Clerk of Work provider offering Clerk of Works roles across the country.

A usual day would consist of a site visit and subsequent report write up of your findings, we encourage report writing to be done on site, but this can also be done remotely if required.

All report templates are supplied prior to starting on site.

We are already well established in the construction industry but are continuing to expand and take on more projects daily.


Projects can range from - 5 visits per week and we allow a maximum 8 hours per day & depending on the project, location, and involvement our rates would vary.


We would look to set you up as a sub-consultant on an hourly rate to be involved to us on a monthly basis.

Due to the nature of how we operate we cannot always guarantee full time work.

Salary:
£20,768.48-£55,346.23 per year
