Description
As a Customer Support Coordinator you will take responsibility for coordinating issues within the team and externally with customers.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to our customers, worldwide repair stations and strategic partners.
  • Process general enquiries and update database.
  • Well manage and resolve Customer Support issues.
  • Liaise with Customers to collate data on product performance.
  • Provide the out of hours AOG support on a rota basis.
  • Be prepared to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Visit customers for reviews as required.
  • Control and distribute Customer Support documentation

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Well organised, confident and professional.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products.
  • Committed to customer satisfaction.
Desirable to have Technical awareness, Aircraft Systems/ Electronics and also Aerospace experience.
