Description
As a Customer Support Coordinator you will take responsibility for coordinating issues within the team and externally with customers.Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to our customers, worldwide repair stations and strategic partners.
- Process general enquiries and update database.
- Well manage and resolve Customer Support issues.
- Liaise with Customers to collate data on product performance.
- Provide the out of hours AOG support on a rota basis.
- Be prepared to travel nationally and internationally.
- Visit customers for reviews as required.
- Control and distribute Customer Support documentation
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Well organised, confident and professional.
- Proficient with Microsoft products.
- Committed to customer satisfaction.
