What does the role involve?


As Asset Management Executive, you will support Novuna in minimising losses by achieving the best resale prices on repossessed and returned assets, and by providing first class support to the business and in particular Collections, Credit Risk and Complaints.


Some of your key duties will include:

  • Taking responsibility for the approval of operating lease settlements or settlements with a buyback
  • Managing repossession requests as and when they are raised, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and specifically that which relates to GDPR, Money Laundering and Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF)
  • Actioning the sale of assets on Alfa, and raising sales invoices/credit notes as applicable, as well as terminating individual assets as appropriate
  • Accurately valuing all types of assets where required, using all the information available
  • Communicating with Repossession Agents, Liquidators, Auctioneers and Remarketing Agents in a confident and efficient manner

What are we looking for?

Also, we're looking for the following:

  • Extensive experience in Asset Management
  • Sound knowledge of the asset finance industry, its strategies and customers
  • Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate with colleagues
  • Effective research and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work to, and adhere to tight deadlines and timescales
  • Intermediate level Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Alfa is desirable
