We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team on a temporary basis, providing valuable support to schools across Ashfield.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere in the absence of regular classroom teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the classroom environment during teacher absences.
Deliver preprepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Foster a culture of respect and cooperation among students.
Report any issues or incidents to the school's designated staff.
Adhere to school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Strong classroom management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
A background in education or previous experience working with children and young adults is preferred.
