About Our Client:

Large housing association in London with over 30,000 homes across the UK. Helping to tackle the housing crisis.

The Finance Officer - Service Charge will have the following responsibilities:

  • To update Leasehold sundry accounts with annual service charge demands received from External Management Agents
  • To calculate the void costs on service charge demands.
  • Run analysis reports and complete monthly reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post any journals adjustments

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience of maintaining financial records
  • Experience of delivering a customer focused service
  • Experience in preparing reconciliations either through study or in practice
  • Understanding the principles of double entry
  • Working with service charge and liaising with leaseholders
