On A Roll Sandwich Company are a long established award winning food manufacturing company.

An opportunity has arisen to increase their Line Leader team.

This is the ideal role for a Production Line Leader/ Team Leader looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.

As a Line Leader, your duties will include:

Setting up and running a busy production line.
Training & mentoring other members of the production line.
Keep all production operatives happy & motivated Ensuring all KPI's are achieved Completing relevant paper work Other duties;
Handling raw materials Machine operating & cleaning Packing finished products Quality Checking General housekeeping Working in accordance with health & safety policies
Working in a food production environment, ensuring the preparation of the product is carried out effectively and efficiently, as directed.
The nature of the work means that you will be working in a chilled, ambient or freezer environment.
