Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and events
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential
• 13 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• Focus on social management, event, and innovation
• Expertise in PowerPoint, photo editing, video editing, and writing articles for official accounts
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
