Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Financial Lines Underwriter to join our established and experienced ProFin team here at RSA in Glasgow on a hybrid basis.


Your Role


You will spend most of your time working with your selected brokers, identifying, discussing, negotiating and converting new and existing business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.


About You

To be successful in your role of Financial Lines Underwriter, you will ideally have experience of Professional Indemnity, D&O or Crime underwriting with either an insurance company background or a broking background, preferably working under a delegated authority agreement.


You will need to be able to build working relationships with insurance brokers and write profitable business to ensure growth of the account.
