Be a part of something incredible*An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join Kent and Medway's, Shepway Community Mental Health Team for Older People (CMHSOP).


As an Occupational Therapist at CMHSOP, you will me working alongside patients who have reached older age and experiencing mental health difficulties such as depression, psychosis, and complex emotional needs, as well as, offering specialist help for people with a dementia diagnosis.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop organisational skills and clinical confident.

You will have caseload of community-based patients which involves monitoring and assessment of mental health, risks, and co-ordinating treatment plans.

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development


Should you be successful, you will be required to carry a clinical caseload of patients with a wide variety of conditions, ensuring that patients benefit from high quality, evidence-based interventions, which you will deliver and record according to professional standards and legal requirements.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3/6 months

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week


Salary:
From £17.24 per hour
